Potted Herb Plants


- All the herbs plants which we offer are grown here on the farm are from propagates of our own stock, seeds from purchased through seed companies, or plugs from larger wholesale nurseries.
- We have NYS Ag and Markets Nursery Growers License.
- Availability of plant stock subject to change as we receive orders.
- Plant stock availability will be updated weekly.
- At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery of potted plants.
- Potted plants are available for pickup at the Farm or Farmers' Markets starting after May 15th, 2023. We ask that all appointments for pickup be made and confirmed at least 3 days prior to picking up.
- In case of crop failure, the prepaid price will be refunded in full to the customer.
- We do not warranty plants. We will replace dead plant if the plant itself and evidence is provided back to us that the plant death was due to our fault. If you have a plant issue, please reach out to us at [email protected] or 607-583-2467. Also, please allow up to 1 week for us to look into the matter and reply.

Genovese - H: 1-2 ft, W: 10-14 inches, Sun: Full, Zone: 10-11, Description: Bushy plant with crinkly green leaves with a strong stereotypical basil flavor, Uses: Leaves uses primary in cooking and for making pesto. Note: Heirloom variety from Italy with large amounts of vitamin A.
Kapoor Tulsi - H: 1-2 ft, W: 1-2 ft, Sun: Full, Zone: 10, Description: Plants are bushy with light green fuzzy leaves and pink spikes of flowers. Use: Leaves have a spicy aroma with hint of coffee and chocolate and can be used to make tea. Note: Plants are deer resistant and have been traditionally grown in India for centuries as a medicinal herb.

These are the varieties of hops we carry in 1 gal pots:
Colombus - Vine Length: 10-20ft, Vine Width: 1ft, Sun: Full, Zone: 3-8. Edible Part: Dried flowers can be dried and used in brewing alcohol and making tea. The aroma profile of this variety includes black pepper, citrus, earthiness, floral, licorice, and spice. Note: Variety was developed in 1980s by Charles Zimmerman.
